 A tedious and wearisome drive of two to three hours from Mansehra city will lead you to the peak point of the area known as Siri.

 

Siri is the heighest point of Tanawal valley, from where you can see many cities of Hazara. Haripur, Toorghar, Darband, Mansehra, and Abbottabad can be seen from there.

 

The journey is quite adventurous and dangerous as well. It’s like risking life to touch the sky.

 

 

But after passing all the hurdles you will see the world under your feet and that’s the moment of satisfaction when you are above the clouds.

Cool weather, fantastic view, loneliness, some friends, refreshment and most important no internet and mobile signals are all we need and every such thing is available there.

 There is the sepulcher of “Siri Wala Baba” at peak of the mountain. People with religious beliefs go there and pray for themselves.

 

At night the lights of Mansehra city and nearby areas look like stars on the earth from the peak of the mountain. And nobody can even imagine the sky full of stars.

 

The only bad thing about Siri is there is no hotel around and you have to take your food with yourself to enjoy your dream and love for nature and heights.
